Guests are warmly welcomed to check in between 15:00 and 20:00. To allow us time to prepare for new arrivals, we kindly ask that you complete your check-out by 11:00 on your day of departure.

How do I check in if I am arriving late?

We are happy to accommodate later arrivals. Should you plan to arrive after the front desk has closed, our property manager will contact you directly to organize your late check-in and ensure you have access to your villa.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

We strive to be as flexible as possible with your travel plans. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are graciously considered and are subject to villa availability on the day.

Are your villas suitable for families and pets?

Niriides Villas is a delightful choice for families, and all children are welcome. We are also proud to be a pet-friendly property, allowing up to four small pets to stay at any given time, so your loyal companions can join your beachfront holiday.

What unique facilities do the villas offer?

Each villa is surrounded by its own private garden and terrace, offering a serene space for relaxation. Guests enjoy direct beach access to a private sandy shore, as well as a communal sun terrace with outdoor seating. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the property.

What dining options are available on-site?

We provide a delicious breakfast to start your day. For other meals, our quiet location is conveniently close to a variety of local restaurants and cafes in the nearby Selinitsa and Gythio areas.
